According to a recent survey, 80 percent of working Americans report dissatisfaction with some aspect of their jobs. These people express boredom, frustration, or anger about their work lives. The unemployed may have felt the same about their jobs, but now have the additional stress and challenge of finding any work to support themselves and their families.

Psychologists report that searching for work is among the most stressful things most of us will face in their lives. Traditional job search methods simply don’t work for many people. It doesn’t help matters when we reflect that most of us were never trained to identify and secure meaningful, rewarding work.
