Considering a Business of Your Own?

June 22, 2017 Leave a Comment Written by Neal Griebling

A few days ago, I met with Alexa Kropf, Senior Recruiting Specialist with Farmers’ Insurance. We chatted about various aspects of our respective businesses.

I’ve encountered various insurance agents and recruiters through the years. I was not impressed with most of them. It is a very competitive industry and many new agents are not successful. Many of the companies preach low prices but fail to fully train and support their agents.

Alexa’s presentation convinced me that Farmers’ had a very successful program not only for new agents but also for men and women who wanted an agency of their own. Space prevents me from fully describing Alexa’s program, but if you will email me at nealgriebling@futuredesignstudio.com , I will connect you with Alexa for a sit-down chat to learn all that Farmers’ offers.
