When I first meet prospective clients, I often inquire about their religious or spiritual orientation, but only if they appear open to such an approach. There is a distinction between religious and spiritual. Religious refers to a public adherence to a set of beliefs and rituals as codified by the early followers of a spiritual leader. Spiritual is a state of being in which an individual explores a private world of thought and experience.
My clients are very diverse: atheists, agnostics, Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhas well as spiritual seekers and practitioners. I make no judgments. What interests me is whether a person has faith in something that is greater them him/herself. As a chaplain and coach, I aim to help my clients draw upon their faith, spirituality and inner wisdom to design their lives and careers. It doesn’t matter to me whether the individual calls that energy God, the Source or the Divine Feminine. Spiritual energy, although ungraspable, can, when understood and opened to, can empower people to work through seemingly impossible challenges.
Please contact me if you would like to explore your spiritual energy.
