Neal's Tip of the Month – May 2013

May 1, 2013 Leave a Comment Written by Neal Griebling

We are what we think. We are what we believe about ourselves. Our conditioning has shaped how we see ourselves and the world around us. Frequently what we believe is not true but by holding onto these false beliefs we limit our freedom and deny to ourselves our full potential.

Ask yourself these questions:

  1. What key belief do I hold that I sense hinders me in some way?
  2. Stand back and question deeply: Is this belief really true? Could it be a false perception on my part?
  3. By holding onto this belief, what are the negative outcomes? (Feelings of failure, depression, impaired relationships with others?)
  4. How would it feel if I could let go of this belief?

Try this simple sequence and see what happens! I’d love to hear from you!
